Pros
With a few exceptions, most of people who I knew while working there have been nice, smart and easy to work with. Some variety of food is provided in the kitchen, and lunches occasionally ordered for the whole team.
Cons
Unfortunately the company has abnormally high turn over. The reasons for people leaving (or why they left or were let go) rarely shared with remaining folks, so they are left to draw their own conclusion. And those conclusions tend to be that they are not valued as an employee and can be fired at any moment. Because firings seem unnaturally large and erratic, it erodes morale and creates fearful and stressful environment. It also contributes to remaining people not bringing any new ideas to the table and CEO surrounding herself with "yes" men and women.
