24/7 operation makes for a lot of potential for weekend/holiday interruptions, but that's known going into the role.

Quality Control is handled by one person in the office, there is not a system available to professionally review quality so it becomes a hostile environment for all involved. This is a small company and management has been here from the beginning so even interview if you want to be in management.
