Lousy company - Business Executive W360 Group Employee Review

- Didn't give proper training, never guide us what else we can propose to clients but just ONLY want us to sell grants - Just brief you what is the term of "Digital Marketing" and do role play with you, then throw you to do cold call - No proper SOP - Always ask you make appointment and the boss wanted to do pitching and show you how but the boss always never shown up and changed other senior staff to attend with you - Boss won't care about you but only asked any submission (cause they only guided us to sell grants) - Once they were to hire some experienced new staff, they will kick you out in short period of time
