1. Micromanagement - You will be told to do the work in a particular manner only, whether it make sense or not, just follow the rules 2. Keep monitoring all activity - for 1 task, there will be 2 calls daily (morning + evening) to get updates, after that expectation is set to add daily offline updates on each jira. 3. All bugs and no features - Legacy codebase and worst archietecture, with noone working on improving it. The goal is to just fix the bug and KTLO for the clients 4. Any miss will be called out
