Poor management, toxic environment, unprofessional ways of working - Anonymous employee W Communications Employee Review

One of the worst companies I've worked at. Management make no effort to listen to concerns, those higher up the food chain speak to juniors in the most appalling manner, everyone is overworked and under valued and as a result the turn over of staff is enormous. Long hours are expected regardless of level and management will throw you under the bus for their mistakes. The place is a toxic mess where bullying is rewarded - stay well clear.
