      Supportive management Majority of staff have decent tenure with the company due to a positive culture, realistic goal setting, and overall dedication to the company doing well as a whole. Everyone collaborates well and is committed to personal and company growth.

      Cons

      Health insurance is overall ok, and the partnership with GAP insurance is good, but wish the prescription plans were better.
