      Friday comes once a week

      Cons

      Company knowingly ships bad products. Poor customer interface. No sense of customer urgency. No training, More than once had lapse of payments on medical insurance and 401K contributions by employees. No performance reviews, or raises. They have many more employees than reviews. Looks like managers gave themselves reviews. I did not know 1 happy employee working there. Where are the negative ratings below ?

      Pros

      An excellent workplace! Despite being a small company, there's always a task at hand, ensuring there's never a dull moment. I've found the management incredibly supportive, both in my personal and professional endeavors.

      Cons

      In a smaller company, familiarity with everyone is both a benefit and a drawback, depending on what you like.

      Some good workers in production and field service.

      Cons

      Toxic workplace. Fake positive reviews from job titles that don't exist like "Trainer" (there is NO training at Vytek) "Trade Show Co-ordinator" (this is one of the owners or their family) etc, etc.
