      Pros

      A few C-level executive were nice and friendly but the CEO only thought of the benefit.

      Cons

      lot of pressure on the employees. Only think of the money to please the shareholders

      Pros

      Vulcain had a very open environment that made it easy to work in and learn from others. There was a great sense of community.

      Cons

      I worked long hours, but that is not unique to Vulcain--fairly typical of the industry in general--and I had great learning opportunities.
