Pros

I have been working for last 5.5 years and have enjoyed every moment working here. One thing that has not changed in this period is the amazing team and people you would work with. Some of the good things that you can expect : 1. Great leadership 2. Team that cares for each other 3. Data driven approach on decision making 4. Growth hacking culture

Cons

1. People who are not used to fast paced growth it could be a challenge. 2. teams in distributed location - stakeholder management is a key skill without which you will not be successful

Pros

Very flexible with work hours, start times, etc. Most employees very pleasant to work with (but not outgoing). Free Friday lunches every week. Good snacks Good health benefits Some management is good at handing out praise when due.

Cons

Old, outdated working equipment and technology (computers, faxes, internet connections, etc). Salaries not very competitive. Favoritism runs rampant among family members - guaranteed hiring if related to an employee, regardless of experience and competency. Mistakes and late projects overlooked and ignored for "family". Projects rushed and done last minute, not much planning beforehand. Rarely delivered on time, or functional. Archaic business ideas, slow to stay current with recent trends. Majority of company in China and India, so long, odd working hours, poor communication between counties. Poor communication between departments, lack of knowledge on projects standings, completions, etc. Despite management trying to encourage otherwise, employees segregate to their own cultural groups (mostly Indian and Chinese) Some management takes credit for employees work. Employees are notified first of job redundancies by not getting paid. Then told second. Location not accessible by public transportation
