Pros

VuMedi emphasizes the goals of it's employees. The team collaborates in an effort to make sure each member has the opportunity to continue to grow in the direction they want while also having their voice heard along the way.

Cons

The only con would be if you're not self-motivated and driven to do work you're proud of while working off your own schedule and from home. To date, nobody on the team has had issues with this.

Pros

- Mission driven company that makes real world impact - Opportunity to be apart of change. The business is growing so process needs to be updated from time to time. - Staff is smart and committed - Hybrid work culture

Cons

- Fast growth can feel uncomfortable - Going into the office on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays - Transparency seems to be getting less and less (this is an evolution of a growing business though)

- Flexibility with the hybrid model - Unlimited PTO - Nice offices with stocked fridges and snacks - Great coworkers - Huge emphasis on team collaboration - Good benefits and starting pay

Cons

- Chaotic CEO - Micro-management - No opportunity for advancement and no path to get to the next level. Management doesn't appreciate having these conversations either. - Team collaboration is great, but there are too many cooks in the kitchen. - Processes change constantly and communication of these changes is terrible. Our roles and responsibilities change many times throughout the year
