Pros

There are many pros if these are relevant to you: • Learn how to do Micro management • Learn how to waste investor's money, which are by the way owners of Micromax for your own good (like buying a BMW) • How to make employees' personal lives miserable by using WhatsApp as the official mode of communication • How to force employees to work 6 days a week and fire those who do not comply • How to force employees to open a bank account and make them borrow money from their own accounts as a salary after making false promises that they will pay it back "next month". Employees won't leave the company or else they will have to pay from their own pockets so win win. • How not to clear Full & final of employees who left and block their mobile numbers if they ever try to contact you for an update. • How to not pay taxes to government yet add it to form 26AS so employees become tax defaulters later. • How to wear pajamas at work with formal shoes Jokes aside, I would never suggest anyone to join this company even if there is a crisis. Join any other company even if they offer less compensation. Mobi Serve Pvt Ltd aka VuLiv was great till the time all finances were taken care by Micromax but not anymore. In case of any doubts, feel free to find any previous employee on any social network and ask for their opinion.

Pros

Nil. Zero. 0 People here are sinking the product which can otherwise be good.

Cons

There is a long long list : 1. One man runs the show. 2. Every one is working to please the co-founder 3. Employees are treated as servants of the co-founder 4. 2-3 people are full time servants of the BOSS (Chaatu) 5. There is no respect of the employees. 6. NO PROCESS AT ALL. 7. People have no knowledge or the one who are little knowledgable are wasting their time in pleasing the BOSS. 8. No Clarity on what is to be done. 9. Last minute changes on every effort. 10. No increment. No bonus. No benefits. 11. Zero professionalism. 12. Anyone is said to do any job (which is not even his domain) for which he is not even hired for. And the list goes on..... Come here and Spoil your career forever. It was running under the name of Micromax. Don't get fooled because of Micromax's name.
