Good employer but lacks competitive pay and clear policies - Software Engineer Vsquare Systems Employee Review

1. They dont give me competitive salary and even no good appraisals, also their appraisal process is broken. There is no concept of appraisal cycle, it's like you have to follow up with them to know about your feedback, then they respond after 2 to 3 months and most of the time they don't give appraisal or even if they give it's only 3% to 5%. 2. When you will resign and ask about the last day, they will stop responding, there is not clear policy here as well. 3. They will send you a very old laptop for work, it's get only hard work with that. 4. They want to grow but they are not fixing basic things which satisfies employees.
