10yWe do not have any active employees that have a "web development" or comparable role/title at our company and have not had any employees (other than myself) that have been filling that role or any comparable role in any way since we started shutting down that part of the business close to a year ago. We also do not have any current or active employees that have telecommuted at any point during winter weather.
To the person who is attempting to impersonate one of our active employees with intent to disparage/endanger/harass their employment, the owner, and our company, please take the time to review local and federal laws about computer fraud and online harassment and please do not assume that we are unaware of what you are doing, how long you have been doing it, and who you are. You should not confuse a short term choice to hold on reporting your name and activities to the authorities with a lack of evidence, a lack of logs about your activities, or a lack of the will required to do so. We are a place of business and do take the livelihoods of our employees very seriously. If you insist on continuing your campaign, we will involve the appropriate authorities.
