Pros

Every day is a welcome challenge. There is no day that you don't get to learn anything new. No matter how much work there is the CEO always trust us to get it done and doesn't micro manage. Not a single day goes where I regret coming to work.

Cons

You get used to working at the pace that is normally maintained, and then when days come that work slows down you aren't challenged as much. Just speaks more on the dedication to work and wanting to get it done.

Pros

There are a lot of good things I could list here. The most important to me is the fact that the owner of the company is very involved, very knowledgeable, and really cares about the well-being of his employees. That makes Vrazer a really enjoyable place to work even when things are hectic and busy.

Cons

The owner is a great problem solver which doesn't leave many issues to talk about.

Pros

1. Great work environment I really like working here. I get to talk with the CEO every day, and he really cares about his employees. Lance loves teaching one-on-one, which is an awesome opportunity, considering he's a successful businessman and in the world's top 4% most proficient with the tech used in our industry. Plus, his door's always open, so he's always quick to listen to any issue and help find a solution. 2. Growth I was brought on with Vrazer as a college intern. As it's still a "young" company compared to its competitors, every ounce of effort you put into learning new skills strengthen both the company and your professional prospects. So far, my time here has accelerated my career by at least a decade compared to my same-aged contemporaries. I have room to prove myself, and the CEO (Lance) looks for and rewards those who do, both monetarily and with new opportunities. In short: If you just want to be a little cog in a big machine, mindlessly logging hours without having to apply yourself, you might want to look elsewhere. If you like to grow and reap the rewards of challenging yourself, you could not find a better environment. 3. Our offices are freaking sweet, and the dress code is casual.

Cons

The only thing I can really put here is that the benefits are currently a bit on the less-structured side. That's usually the tradeoff for working for a young company: the first few years, things are taking their final shapes. But the brass is reasonable, and have been willing to go to great lengths to make sure I'm happy with compensation.
