Pros
They constantly want you to move up within the company and the room for growth is amazing. If you tell them where you want to go they will do their best to help you get there. The people that work here are amazing and honestly feel like family. Everyone makes everyone feel involved. And I myself try to make sure no one feels left out of anything.
Cons
The only "con" is since this is essentially a start up there are bugs in the system but our awesome IT department constantly works to get those taken care of as quickly as possible and usually those issues get fixed within the hour! So not really a con...
