The holacracy management system is not implemented properly and hides a bureaucratic approach. Salary is really low with expectations for taking on extra work for the same pay. No commission, no bonus, a small contribution towards medical aid (not all medical aids), no 13th cheque or pension, difficult to motivate earning a higher salary. High turnover. Policies and benefits change easily, so the potential benefits sold when starting do not apply.
