      Pros

      Work life balance Nice coworkers for the most part

      Cons

      Most engineers have no formal experience, nice people, terrible programming and problem solving skills. Awful, awful, awful management team. I describe our chain of command as only bottlenecks. I can not think of one positive thing to say about the actual code. I have tried. Testing? bad to non existent. Security? Atrocious is to nice. Maintainable? No. Future outlook? just build more features, there is no war in ba sing se.

      Can't think of any. No company is perfect, but I won't list something here just for the sake of listing something. I really love my job and the company.
