Manual is a spiteful company that thrives in setting their employees up for failure and ruining lives (no word of a lie). They have 0 professionalism and are Dysfunctional. Employees are constantly joining the manual and leaving immediately which speaks for itself. When individuals are doing well, management are envious and ensure unfair dismissals take place. There is micro racism from management and managers who plots downfalls against employees who are cherished by other members of staff due to enviousness. Join at your own risk and at the willingness of your mental health being compromised.
