      Good Company to work with for technicians to learn & upgrade their skills at their own by doing research & development

      Cons

      No appreciation or recognition for the good work & the efforts being put by the employee. Salary deductions & treating the employees as a slave. Do not considering employees as a asset to the company. Not a good place to work on long term basis
