Wonderful place to learn how to be cutthroat and corrupt! The top management, especially the CEO/owner strongly directs the staff to intentionally misrepresent and mislead the customers, and disrespect fellow staff. The first sales lesson given by the CEO and top management is to say whatever is needed to receive the money from the customer, and then worry about fulfilling the order (even when filling the order is not possible).

OSHA would have a field day at Vox pertaining to safety. The CEO/owner actually gets mad if he is informed about any type of injury that occurred to employees while on the clock. Any customers that are concerned about quality will quickly discover that Vox cares more about receiving your money; the quality of the item is furthest from their mind. Any attempt to better the environment and/or company will result in the same conclusion … “Do it my way today, and I’ll change my mind tomorrow” – CEO/owner.
