      After being with the company for a year and a half. None really

      Poor senior and mid management. Donas I say don’t do as I do attitude from senior management getting mid level management to try and bs you into believing. As lower mid management, you have ZERO holidays off. No extra pay on salary. Vacation? Threaten to cancel after approval.
