Pros

-High performance team. -Good people working in the company that makes the job bearable. -Opportunities to move up fast

Cons

- Company against to let their employees work from home or hybrid. Meaning; they don't trust their employees. - Salaries are not competitive based on the level of commitment they ask from you. Pretty much you have to be available 24/7. - There isn't a good management system in place. 80 % Of the Managers there aren't good managing their employees, leading to a high turn rate. - Disconnection between C-Suite and employees. - They (management) don't hold accountable themselves whenever it comes to why they aren't able to retain their talent, instead blaming it on ' Didn't fit the company culture' - The levels of Micromanaging are insane.

Thank you for your candid feedback. It is very much appreciated. With the rapid growth of any company, there are going to be inexperienced managers that are promoted from within. The organization is dedicated to train and coach our managers in order to help them successfully manage employees.
