Pros
1. Onboarding: Top-tier. HR and engineering teams care about you and your onboarding, helping out with any issues. You get many 1-2-1 meetings. 2. Open to feedback: HR and engineering teams are always open to constructive feedback and new ideas about virtually anything. Everybody is always thinking of how things can get even better. A culture of openness and high bars, safe space for feedback and ideas. 3. Eng leadership: All are technical and industry-aware. VP of Eng gets involved with day-to-day operations and is invested in the success of the team. CTO and CEO are technical, always aiming for success, and are involved in all operations of the business. No "rent-seeking" management. 4. Eng team: Lots of very talented, industry-aware engineers who are invested in creating a great product with great code. No-nonsense culture focused on product, data, and results. Engineers care about what they are doing and each other. 5. Engineers, analysts, marketing, and HR are invested in and recognize each other's successes. Success is regularly recognized and celebrated, e.g. sales figures, engineering improvements, etc. 6. Friendly atmosphere.
Cons
N/A - From what I can see, 6+ years of openness to feedback and ideas on how to do better has resulted in a very tight ship.
