      Good pay with consistent raises, wonderful ownership, and amazing perks and benefits.

      Cons

      An immature and disorganized management structure that doesn't seem to want to improve. Exceedingly difficult to make career advancement, for some impossible.

      Friendly atmosphere, great PTO, clean facilities, lots of perks, ESOP program.

      Cons

      While training is made available, there is little opportunity for career advancement mainly due to lack of turnover.
