This small business is a great place to work the owner is an excellent Engineer and is always open to new product ideas.

One current employee is not a team player and holds a senior position in the company making work difficult at times.

The product is efficient and reliable

The company is hurting in a SERIOUS way financially and morally! Unfortunately certain people with key roles in the company are the ones bringing it down! Their lack of knowledge and experience clearly shows. They have no social skills what so ever, constantly are taking credit for other employees work, and talk about everyone behind their backs.
