Company values are important and I think our strength at Vooban is every employee have and share the same values and that's the reason why we succeed as a team. No matter the person's title we value all opinions, we make decisions together and progress together, we help and learn from each others. We have the chance to work with the best and work on exciting projects on which we implement the most recent techs, we are always learning and get better at what we do. We work hard, we are passionate, we love what we do and our clients are thankful of that and Vooban too, and they show the appreciation by giving to their employees some nice perks; like free parking, free internet at home, free cellphone, free coffee, free beer and so more, like a game room... Vooban is really a nice place to work.
Cons
Being based in Quebec City, Vooban have a limited market of potential clients, so we sometimes work a really long time for the same client before starting something fresh with a new one, but even if it's the same client, we can make it exciting by bringing new ideas to the table and innovate at the same time. I think this prove that our clients like us and they stick to us because they trust us.
