Everyone on the team has always been so pleasant and conversational, which makes meetings enjoyable too. For a smaller company, the benefits are competative. Some benefits include being fully remote, healthcare/dental benefits and 401K plan. PTO benefits are decent for first 3 years, then after 4 years it transitions to unlimited PTO.
