I am 100% confident that this individual's perception of Vonazon is not an accurate representation of our company or working environment. I am saddened to hear that this person had a negative experience with Vonazon, and I encourage him or her to reach out to me personally to have a private conversation--I have always been a staunch supporter of my employees and of my business. I have incredibly high expectations of my staff, and unfortunately, not everyone who is initially brought on is able to consistently meet those expectations. For those of you who are reading this and thinking of joining our team, please bear in mind: Vonazon is an actively growing agency that looks to bring on the best of the best, leaders who want to push the envelope every single day and consistently provide our clients with the utmost in quality and support.

Pros

Working at Vonazon has been unlike any place I've worked. From day one the support has been incredible, everyone is friendly, collaborative and genuinely wants you to succeed.

Cons

None that comes to mind, it's fast paced, but strong support, so works out.

Pros

Vonazon is never stagnant. It's always evolving with technology, creativity, sales and marketing, so the team is always reaching for more. This makes Vonazon an amazing place to learn from coworkers and to be empowered by management to share and test ideas. The range of clients and projects is exciting and challenging, making working here very fulfilling. Vonazon embraces a positive culture, encouraging and crediting team members to their accomplishments regularly. Everyone on the team has always been so pleasant and conversational, which makes meetings enjoyable too. For a smaller company, the benefits are competative. Some benefits include being fully remote, healthcare/dental benefits and 401K plan. PTO benefits are decent for first 3 years, then after 4 years it transitions to unlimited PTO.

Cons

Most of the reviews on here for cons are outdated, because the company takes those sentiments seriously and improves upon them. No cons at this time.
