8yI am 100% confident that this individual's perception of Vonazon is not an accurate representation of our company or working environment. I am saddened to hear that this person had a negative experience with Vonazon, and I encourage him or her to reach out to me personally to have a private conversation--I have always been a staunch supporter of my employees and of my business.
I have incredibly high expectations of my staff, and unfortunately, not everyone who is initially brought on is able to consistently meet those expectations. For those of you who are reading this and thinking of joining our team, please bear in mind: Vonazon is an actively growing agency that looks to bring on the best of the best, leaders who want to push the envelope every single day and consistently provide our clients with the utmost in quality and support.
