Lots of great people working in the actual technical part of the business, they know what they're doing. Remote-friendly work culture. Good work/life balance.
Cons
Leadership came in and cut benefits. Then cut budgets. Then froze salaries. Then Rory Read gave himself a $6 MILLION INCREASE. The CEO makes $36 million in compensation when he freezes salary increases for his employees. Bureaucracy in Vonage is rampant. Good work is wasted because of too many American business middle managers. Work benefits decrease each year. Career progression is a foreign concept in this company. External hires only.
