Pros
Adds some work experience to your resume. The people you work with are great (but they work in the same craphole as you). So this isn't a pro but I would caution: read other reviews about Von Maur before you think about accepting a job offer from them. There is always something else out there.
Cons
Starting pay is crap. No career path. You do a ton of work but the company doesn't care or recognize you. No bonuses or awards for a job well done. Pantyhose and skirts/dresses even in the winter. SO MANY RULES AND POLICIES--and most of them are no where in your employee manual. You just find out along the way when you don't do something right. You punch a timeclock and if you are even a second late, you get a talkin' to.
