      Customers are great. Nice location downtown Ventura

      Cons

      There’s one “King” in the store that has been there for 9 years and makes the other coworkers miserable. He is allowed to be demeaning to the other coworkers and the owners allow his bad behavior even when everyone quits because of him.

      Pros

      Customers, products are good. The location is great.

      Cons

      Owners are micro managers. Hostile environment. Pay is not a lot for amount of work. It’s a franchise, so no benefits. Owner uses fowl language and bad habits in front of customers.
