Pros

Support personal and professional development. Flexible working schedules (outside of manufacturing). European owned company so there are a lot of paid vacation days even for new employees. Ability to work on numerous projects across a number of products.

Cons

Construction industry is stagnant as a whole. VCE has gone through two rounds of layoffs in the past year. Currently undergoing a reorganization from a functional to a product structure - this is not necessarily a bad thing, but it is still in the early stages so it is hard to say what the effect will be.

Pros

Really inclusive environment and most of campus is already with ABW - activity based workplace (flexible seating).

Cons

Sometimes due to the very inclusive environment, decisions can take a little longer.

Pros

Vacation, parental leave, cafeteria, DEI.

Cons

I feel like decisions are made by people not involved in processes which results in day to day activities becoming more and more difficult. Unable to schedule projects to save their lives. So many last minute tests and drop in testing, theres almost no point to schedule testing.
