Pros
I've worked at this organization for a long time& the overall experience here has been great. The people that work here are hard working, dedicated, engaged, and probably the most creative people I know. This place has pushed me to be better and allowed me have fun along the way. There's a lot of room & respect for creative freedom, collaboration between "departments," and new ideas. There's also a ton of perks, freebies, and fun things worked into just being a part of the organization overall. You get to participate in community happenings and your opinion is valued every step of the way. You also get a good amount of PTO & a great understanding of work-life balance.
Cons
The boss can quite ambitious at times when need be, but only because he wants you and your projects to be the best they can be.
