Wonderful team - Every single person is solid. Smart, talented and great to be around. Every. Single. Person. Responsive management -Management is always looking for feedback, takes it seriously and works to improve. Great mission - Help the plant, make money doing it. Big impact - The impact a single engineer can make in this problem space is enormous. Autonomy - You are given agency to scope projects, and your work within projects.
Cons
We all work too hard to dig out of crunch time. Management is aware and it's been improving. Standard startup growing pains. The org is maturing and that requires new teams structures and processes.
