      Pros

      Flexible work/life balance, profit sharing, interesting industry, great co-workers, you're encouraged to have a voice, completely revenue funded.

      Cons

      Pay is slightly less than what's typical for the industry and KW area, benefits could be better, there's a lot of work to do and not enough people to do it.

      Pros

      Amazing people, good products, great office culture. Company wide team building has been a blast everytime. Golf, escape rooms, celebrating wins - it's really playing together to make working together better. Love it.

      Cons

      As with all companies - growing takes work and that work is hard. That growth based roadmap in a complex technical market means tough work. That's our job though.
