      No work-life balance - I had never been so stressed out in my life, my concerns were expressed but never heard or acted on, favoritism and some misogynistic coworkers/managers,

      Pros

      Volta has a smaller family feel to it. The people are kind and there’s not a lot of micromanagement.

      Cons

      Sometimes there’s a lack of feedback on performance. If you’re someone who needs a monthly review, you’ll have to ask what you’re able to do to better yourself.
