Pros
As a fresher straight out of college, I wasn't sure about what to expect but Volopay has been a fantastic introduction to work environment for me.

2 - Fantastic work culture, diversity and inclusion: Volopay has given me the opportunity to work with employees from the entire APAC region and everyone here from a colleague to the CEO himself is approachable and are always looking to help you and even take advice from you. Maintaining a flat organizational structure is something that Volopay does extremely well
3 - Recognized for your efforts: At Volopay, your efforts are duly recognized and will likely lead to promotions/pay rises more quickly than it would at other companies, especially big corporates.
4 - Lots of opportunities within your current role: Volopay actively encourages to take up more leadership roles or take up different roles other than your core role to help you learn and grow and facilitate your professional development.
5 - Opportunity to make a tangible difference: This is likely the case in more start-ups, but more so at Volopay where any contribution is a big step in helping Volopay achieving it's next milestone.
6 - Exciting product - Volopay has an excellent product that holds it own against other competitor out there and a demonstrated market fit. Volopay's product also has a lot of scope to truly become a global financial control centre for businesses and it's fantastic to see the company head in that direction.
Cons
1 - Since everyone at Volopay is so focused on reaching the next milestone, one might need to learn plenty of things themselves, which can be a bit tricky.
