Since it’s a startup, there’s a lot to learn. You get exposure to different domains and responsibilities that would normally be handled by separate teams in bigger companies. It’s a good place if you want to explore and build versatility early in your career.

Work-life balance is non-existent. Long working hours (10–12 hours daily) are treated as the norm, not an exception, with no compensation or recognition. Internal politics run deep—leaders don’t align with each other, and this trickles down to how subordinates are treated, which is often disrespectful and demoralizing. The culture thrives on unnecessary pressure, leading to constant frustration among employees. One noticeable thing: laughter and smiles are rare in this office, which says a lot about the environment.
