Pros

- Since the acquisition from FOG Software Group in 2019, the company has gone from strength to strength and now customers seem a lot happier, evident from customer retention. - Constellation Software which is the umbrella company for FOG Software Group is a 'learning company' with a wealth of resource and best practice learnt from the 400+ software companies they own. - The customers are the centre of focus on any decision made - The majority of staff are long standing and have a vast experience of ecommerce and the software. - Nice office and equipment and IT equipment to work with - You have the opportunity to interact with all departments, sales, marketing, support etc. - Responsibility and ownership are given to staff who seek it. - I would recommend working at Volo to a friend.

Cons

The history of Volo Commerce has led to tainted experiences of current customers which some have a hard time of getting over.

Excellent company - great work life balance, upper management is 100% invested in your own success, everyone including the CEO is approachable...very flat company structure. Company really takes care of employees...great medical benefits, good pay.

Cons

No downsides - just entered the US market with an excellent 10 year track record from the UK...

Pros

- They have some dedicated and caring professionals on the payroll - They appear to have empowered their new regime to make changes - They are looking towards the future - Good PTO, decent benefits - They are selling into a market that is in need of their services

Cons

- They have a history of not honoring promises made to customers - They are on the other side of personnel changes in all departments in the organization - Current product offering is outdated and being outclassed by their competition - No career path - No training - Less then competitive compensation
