      -A very exciting, winning product vision, with space in the market to succeed -An opportunity to work with some cutting edge technologies -Energetic, fast-paced start-up atmosphere -Top end IT equipment -Great locations in London and Cheltenham

      Pros

      Excellent company - great work life balance, upper management is 100% invested in your own success, everyone including the CEO is approachable...very flat company structure. Company really takes care of employees...great medical benefits, good pay.

      Cons

      No downsides - just entered the US market with an excellent 10 year track record from the UK...

      - They have some dedicated and caring professionals on the payroll - They appear to have empowered their new regime to make changes - They are looking towards the future - Good PTO, decent benefits - They are selling into a market that is in need of their services

      Cons

      - They have a history of not honoring promises made to customers - They are on the other side of personnel changes in all departments in the organization - Current product offering is outdated and being outclassed by their competition - No career path - No training - Less then competitive compensation
