      Environment is good. 1. No In-Out Time issue 2. No Dress Code. 3. No Pressure (Because they don't have enough Projects)

      Cons

      Specifically from SharePoint & .Net View 1. They don't have enough Projects. 2. Don't care of employee after outsourcing them. (Don't be happy, Sends employee to client location in Mumbai) 3. Once the Client Project is completed they will immediately fire you. 4. Nothing new to learn. 5. No freedom to expand beyond limits. 6. Infrastructure is no good in today's time.

Whether it's handling payroll, compliance, or general admin support, Kamlesh ensures smooth operations and is always ready to assist with a positive attitude. The work culture is respectful and collaborative. The management values work-life balance, and employee contributions are genuinely appreciated.
