excellent track record in terms of fund returns. some talented engineers work here. high quality of work done.
Cons
very slow and pedantic to do anything. all round very cheap: e.g. benefits - health care is capped at a very low number for UK employees; many things you have to buy yourself and claim back on expenses. There is even a time limit on this! while a lot of the engineers have talent, it depends who you are to get help from them. very cut throat in redundancies and they pay bear minimum in the process.
