      make pretty good money per shift

      Cons

      poor management. Lots of favoritism. management doesn't care about employees outside of the favorites. long hours with minimal breaks. no hourly rate just tips so if it's a slow night you don't make money.

      Pros

      High volume restaurant, great benefits offered. Management staff is very well trained and welcoming! ARP is a great company to work for at any location. In busy summer months, steady income. Friendly local regulars. Very fun and friendly staff.

      Cons

      HOT-Be prepared to work in VERY hot conditions. No parking lot for employees. Be prepared to pay to park in lots nearby. Hard to take time off during busy months.
