      Pros

      Volare had many upsides to it. Great community engagement, in the heart of campus corner, great hours and friendly faces.

      Cons

      The front of house is hierarchical and based on favoritism opposed to being on the production. And summers are slow.

      Pros

      delicious itialian food made by local chef who was committed to his community

      Cons

      harbored and atmosphere of overly confident and flirtatious old men, both on staff and clientele, with no support for workplace harassment. when any concerns about age gaps or inappropriate behavior or comments was brought up to management, they would say matter-of-factly, "well, we dont have HR, can't do anything about it."
