Strong engineering background/expertise inherited from Westinghouse. Guidance/support from senior engineers of all disciplines Well work-life balance, flexible working hours Engineering team is very international Good benefits (vacation, health)
Cons
Hydro market is down, top management is trying re-organire-the structure to adapt to AMB Salary is not competitive. Promotion path is limited. HR from Montreal office should concern Mississauga office employees more.
