      Pros

      It is the best in the paper industry undoubtedly. You've got pickup and drop services with free lunch.

      Cons

      The salary structure and compensation is poor. Not much work to do, hence not much self development. Opportunities are less. Opportunities are not given to freshers due to lack of experience and no efforts are made to make them experienced.
