Pros
Progressive workplace
Living wage
The best DEI/JEDI training I've received to date
Very detail oriented
They really want you to succeed
Seasoned managers
Great health insurance after 1 month for full-timers
Cons
Policy team was spread thin at the time (might have been mitigated with the hiring the CEO did towards the end of my internship)
50% of the work was tedious, but necessary (I was an intern, after all)
You must be invested in G Suite (I prefer a more dynamic CRM like Notion/ClickUp/Allo)
Workplace telecommunications are rather starchy for my tastes
So much documentation because you're working through Tides & V4P
