      Glassdoor is an amazing tool on many accounts. The unfortunate thing about Glassdoor for people looking to it as a source of truth about a company is that the person leaving a review is not vetted to ensure they actually work at the company they are reviewing. The other challenge is that the person reviewing can add any title to their review, even if it's not accurate. Case in point with this review as we can say with certainty that this review did not come from an HR Business Partner at Voices.

      Good UI, allows you to work fast Site is based off of custom auditions, you don't need demos Highest potential paying jobs

      Cons

      Doesn't have the largest pool of work, especially for beginners Membership has no tiers - $450 straight up can be expensive
