I am pleased to write a review for Voiceform, where I had the opportunity to work as a machine learning engineer during the period of September to December 2022. During this time, I worked on a single project with a fantastic team, including Philip Brook, the CEO, and Artem Alekhin, the CTO. Both these individuals were instrumental in my growth and development during the internship, and I am grateful for the guidance and support they provided. Throughout my time at Voiceform, I was consistently impressed by the company's commitment to excellence and innovation. The work environment was collaborative and supportive, and I felt valued and appreciated as a member of the team. One of the things that stood out to me most during my time at Voiceform was the level of trust and autonomy given to me as an intern. I was given the opportunity to take ownership of my work and make meaningful contributions to the project, and this experience has been invaluable in my growth as a machine learning engineer. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Voiceform and would highly recommend the company to anyone looking to grow and develop their skills in the field of software development. Voiceform provides a huge opportunity for personal and career growth. We value ownership and collaboration a lot which is why every person has a lot of responsibilities and internal projects. Even interns are the owners of specific features from end to end. We also value entrepreneurship and creativity, so we support this spirit with workshops and lectures. It's never boring. It is always great to work with creative and smart people. Everyone is very helpful and supportive. Also, the problems we are solving on a daily basis are challenging and create a huge positive impact. In terms of the benefits, we provide a stock options plan, unlimited vacation, competitive salary, health insurance, remote work, learning budget, lunches, team events, etc.

As a startup company, in comparison with large organizations, we are moving faster and less structured, most of the employees like that but sometimes this can be shocking.
