Pros

Flexibility in hours and location for some roles

Cons

Has reduced in staff numbers in Australia from 20 in 2019 to just 4 today due to loss of Telstra Partnership and customers leaving. Also Support, Dev, and Analytics were moved offshore because salaries in Pakistan are lower. Management is very dictatorial and not open to hearing ideas or opinions - its his way or the highway Has only 2-3 large customers which bring in the bulk of revenue. This is a risky company to take a job at as it has declined massively in the last few years and is trying to reinvent itself.

I don't think there is any

Cons

You'll be come mental after the phycological torture by the abusive management. Zero recognition of the employee's efforts. No growth and learning. Once you joined the company, you'll be outdated due to less learning which ultimately effects the career growth.
